Would like to meet up with others and collaborate.

I'm looking to get started in land investing in NJ and would love to collaborate with someone walking  through , analyzing deals, and potentially even working together.

My goal with this approach is to use lower living expenses to improve my day job cash flow and begin house hacking where market values are low enough for me to "start small".In the spirit of collaboration, I'd love to take this chance to share the latest draft of my emerging investment strategy for feedback.My "Why" and CF Goal:I love not working for someone else, and I'd love to travel without someone counting my days out of office.

I’m new to Real Estate investing and would like to meet and collaborate other investors in my city.

University does give you an experience and exposure to teamwork and collaboration that is helpful in life.

Is it they are not the collaborative types?

Collaborating with others in the industry  and the ups and downs of the economy and deals makes it interesting along the way.. and then you can stop and smell the roses along the way also.. don't want to sacrifice everything as you never know when your number gets called..

You may find that you should each work independently and collaborate on some deals.Personally, I would work seperately, but stay in touch.
