We just request guests not let pets on the furniture...which some don't listen...and charge a competitive pet fee to cover any extra cleaning or damages.

Racine has some strong issues that will take time to clean up even if Microsoft is a positive influence. 

Inside is clean and obviously tenants are very neat.
