I'm not even sure how you would know that, but - even if you did - what if their use of medical marijuana was tied to a legitimate medical condition/disability (e.g. cancer, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, etc)?  

A bank would consider all 3 buildings as 1 loan, but YOU need to make sure each building can financially stand alone - why buy #2 if its a cancer and doesn’t cash flow, it could be dragging down #1 and #3.

I just went through this situation on my house when my wife died from cancer. 

I currently live on a fixed income, wife has breast cancer which is costly, due to medical problems of my own I am unable to work a regular job and I desperately need a passive income.

She called a couple months ago to tell me that she has cancer and that her life has changed so she wants out of the seller finance agreement.

We owned the land put house on land ,but money been tight with losing a son to ultra rare cancer we fought for4 years.but not sure how to go about repairs we have equity but extra payments will be tight.

*clap clap clap clap*A much maligned group, we saw the double standard during the pandemic: "you businesses stay open and continue to provide your services even if your customers are not paying you" and it continues with the inflation-based rent increases we are forced to levy today in order to stay solvent.

My cancer treatment was $250k, that doesn't include all the other expenses. 

Without the cleanse, the cancer will never leave of it's own free will. 

A broker listed the property (without the owner's knowledge), and his dad (the real decision-maker) got diagnosed with cancer, but he still kept saying he wasn't ready to sell.
