The only thing I don't like about Figure is it's reported as revolving debt (grouped in with my credit cards) so my credit utilization goes way up (except for with Equifax which classified it as a mortgage loan).

The late fee was for the month it occurred in.. the rent from that point on is paid in time, it would not incur a on going additional late fee on the outstanding balance which was a previous months late fee.. you don't have a revolving charge account type of business.
