YUP  if folks were truly poor and govmit was not feeding them we would have all sorts of skin and bones people walking around in rags. when in fact those on public assistance are not starving as we know.. 

However, what I have found is that there are MANY deals in between the ones that would have enough meat on the bone for those types of assignment fees.
