If you enjoy spending your time at the river with a pan in your hand, you can occasionally find a nugget of gold, but the guy that builds the flour mill is much more likely to feed his family well.

That stuff is gold.

This site is a gold mine of knowledge, some of the experts that chime in regularly have many decades of Real Estate Investment experience and happily help new people. 

He says there is a 'new' sub division around the lot, near the front entrance of the gold course, but zillow is showing the newest house built around this area is 2015; time is apparently relevant.It might still be worth the effort to contact one or two of the major developers in the area to gauge any interest.
