Yes they were great to work with and all and all it was not a bad process.

If there are any known issues(even as simple as a bad $7 shutoff valve) you will not be permitted to turn on utilities. 

While I can appreciate ones desire to own real estate, it is not the appropriate investment strategy for most who fall within this category & the consequences of a bad investment generally far exceed the potential upside.

Some places you will have turnover, bad tenants and have unexpected expenses. $900 seems low for a 3/1 so I think that can be pushed up.
