YoY is up 3.5%.Rentals - Availability by MonthThe number of homes for rent decreased MoM, also bucking the seasonal trend.Rentals - Median Time to RentMedian time to rent increased in November to 30 days.

There is no high speed internet available yet and we haven't sprung for Starlink.  

If this is not available then we have done demo and just removed the structure.Sidenote for people who see the title: Do not burn down a house on purpose for insurance reasons.....That is called fraud and is criminal :) 

@Michael NguyenA lot of it depends on your market and what is more available and attractive. 

There is a real dearth of available rentals there right now and the new builds can't keep up with demand.
