Another rule is that you can't get posession of the net proceeds which must be held by an intermediary, who is not related to you, not your attorney, not your accountant, and not a business associate of yours.I talked about Section 1031 on Bigger Pockets Podcast #82

@Hai Loc, yes you can evict in Columbus but just FYI, make sure in addition to the cost of the eviction court and attorney, you include up to 2-3 months of non-payment and the costs associated with the rent ready rehabs of the unit afterwards in your calculations.

We can check the condo and the entire association for things like litigation, under duress, issues with HOA or reserve accounts.

They might look at the LLC mailing address to associate it with a person, but you could always use a Registered Agent and the address would be different.
