Almost on the anniversary of my LLC's existence, the bank called me to ask if I would consider refinancing everything with them.  

Quick calculation looks like you refi'd about $174k, 2.5 to 3 years ago, so you shouldn't have any big differences in "principle pay down" worth celebrating. 

Cops, lawyers, politians, doctors, insurance companies, bankers, real estate agents, accountants, actors, musicians celebrities and of course 'wholesalers' to list a few all get a bad rap depending on who you ask. 

I hope everyone had a small celebration.

If a check arrives in the mail sometime in the future, and it could be many years, celebrate.

Put this in perspective, you'll be celebrating your grandchildrens birthdays before this is paid off.The tenant isn't really building you any equity - cause it's taking 30 years to pay off.

Other people can feel successful and empowered from the get-go and can celebrate every small achievement; I think those folks are the lucky ones, really. 

We just celebrated our 31st year in August!

I didn't even celebrate the big "4-0" last month, because I am so upset with my lack of forward progress paddling against the stream.So, that's why I ended up here on this site.
