I flew from Erie to Columbia a week ago today and some lady is hacking up a lung across the aisle a row in front of me.On Monday I fly from Columbia to Los Angeles and numerous people on the airplane are coughing including a lady sitting two seats over.I don't think anyone had Coronavirus (but how the heck do I know?)

because of my love of everything about airplanes the only Cardone u tube i have watched was when he was taking ownership of his NEW Gulfstream 550 in 2018  those are 30 to 40 million dollar birds.. his wife ( assume it was his wife) was just giddy.. its a beautiful machine.wonder if he can keep it or will need to down size .. ??

and there are 500 dollar one ways from SF to vegas or LA  granted a little more than southworst but you don't have to go through the main terminal which is huge.Now take it from someone who has owned many airplanes.

on the G 550.. if grant is like any other air craft buyer.. there are HUGE accelerated depreciation schedules for new airplanes so most RE guys will put little down as possible and finance as much as possible its not uncommon to put only 5 to 10% down when economy is ripping.. 

Some people find having their own airplane improves their quality of life, despite the fact that financially it makes no sense.

I need one of those fancy airplanes.

Sorry for saying this but class A tenants look a lot different than D or F class tenants.I think you want to read some of the MOrris threads you will be surprised at how good this guy was at what he did,they say the same thing about Doctors being private pilots.. every time someone at my airport lands wheels up the first thing out of their mouth is it must be a doctor :)  However since I bought my Cirrus Sr 22 back in 04 and have been a member of the Cirrus owners and pilots community I have come to know many doctor pilots and boy I find them to be wicked smart and pretty darn good pilots and of course they have the means to go out and buy a 500 to 1 million dollar airplane like us lowly developers do..
