Brian,I think sometimes the management and aggravation that comes with RE causes people to stop early or not pursue it but overall long term I think it is well worth the stress and aggervation that comes along with it at times..

@Brie Schmidt william paid was taking F O R E V E R to deposit money into our account. and they'd bundle the deposits, so if 10 people paid including water payments, i'd have to Sherlock Holmes and understand who was included in that deposit. so i'd spend 1 hr trying to figure it out. it was so frustrating.i want something simple and easy. tenants don't need the aggravation to figure things out in order to pay me.
