I've been informed that completing the course alone may not be sufficient to pass the exam, so I’m seeking advice on how to prepare effectively once I complete it.Currently, my only other resources include a YouTube video, five practice exams, and a textbook.If you have any additional suggestions—whether online or in-person, paid or free—that could help me effectively prepare for the exam, I would greatly appreciate them.

Of course they would want additional appreciation on top of principal but any DST sponsor will tell you that they factor in the up-front load on their underwriting and  likely will overcome that up front load.

But this comes with pockets of C/D neighborhoods, and higher potential for headaches;  in addition, appreciation in these zips has probably maxed out for a while.

I don't have the 10% for the down but thinking of using a HELOC to get the money and then add it into the calculator.

However, just because I don't agree with it doesn't mean I am in favor of the Government being given additional power to enforce additional laws and restrictions that infringe upon our freedom.

What is being reported is that outside of those numbers, an additional 70,000 government employees have already selected an early buyout rather than get fired or have to go back to the office. 

Then they'll charge an additional $2,400 for filing tax returns.
