Kind of a QuickBooks / management software for multiple LTR there are cool dashboards etc but I’m not sure if it would work well for STR and because I already use QuickBooks and a bunch of other softwares to manage my STR it’s not a great fit for what I need.

Add in the inherent seasonability of New England's rental market and we're mostly talking about 3-6 month seasons in the rental space, in real-world contrast to the inflated and inaccurate data that somehow makes it way into AirDNA and dashboards for our region.
