The property had MAJOR foundational issues the cracks all up the wall, under the fire place, and sub floor.

Although there were never any problems during the 15 years that I owned it... literally none, zero, nada the 2016 candidate lied and said the "entire" border was unsafe & the gov't took my land to build the border wall.

We have garages that we offer unlimited charging for the charger, garage and unlimited charging for $275 a month. 

But try to get an agent/broker to reduce his or her commission, to actually negotiate it, and you would run into a brick wall virtually every time.

I would LOVE to see you all nervous holding your ethernet cable ready to yank it off the wall the second I say something I am not supposed to on your podcast.Admit it.

Agree with @Jaron Walling - forget what a stranger on the internet that, in my case, lives several states away says and ask questions of the two guys that you know that have 165 combined units in your market.

Dry wall finishes with the right paint to hold up with the humidify of a bathroom
