Try and get some referrals on here from other ivestors

Hi everyone,I'm a new home buyer from Bay Area and trying to get pre-approvals in place before I start making offers.

This will give you a baseline, I.e. own the Main St project same thing as this one, and it cost me all in $125,500 to do the full rehab.

PM if you need it is not that hard to find, however as a newer investor I would suggest trying it yourself. 

But, this being a larger syndicator they do have professionally made presentations and due diligence documents for you to look through.

Despite all these efforts we still may not survive this thing but at least there trying.
