Hey everyone - my wife and I started talking about investing in and flipping properties when we started dating as teenagers 15 years ago, almost bought a townhouse to flip but had a baby instead.  

Possibly, it will work, moreover with 14 y.o. teenager.

Advice on how to raise teenagers?

Especially 10 years back, 10 years is long enough for someone to go from teenager, to responsible adult, to bankrupt, and back to having a high credit score.

That is also why the price is cheaper.I would agree that Home Depot =  Walmart  & Lowes=Target.At my Local Lowes- The store is run by teenagers and is very hard to get anyone to help youHome Depot - People know exactly where everything is and will walk with you to find the item
