Does anyone on this thread have recommendations for good cleaners who service South Side (Washington Heights)?

Hey Jason, I’m really just familiar with the northern area of the state ~ Chicagoland, 219, South West Michigan.

One of them is a student rental just outside the UB South Campus.

South Jackson is simply not anything that is remotely profitable for anyone save a all cash local landlord who is also their own handyman etc..

The quad was about 4 hours drive from my residence.So my bird-dog wholesaler (good dude) who has given me some great deals in the past, finds a rundown quadplex in the South.

I will definitely reach out to you in next few weeks as, in a perfect world, it would be nice to have the investment properties within an hour or two drive (Sacramento is one option I want to look into and will also consider some of the other cities you mentioned) of the South Bay Area where I live.

We like the South East, as well as mid west markets.  

You should have a lot of backup cash if things go south.
