While published sometime in the mid 1990's the numbers in the book may no longer be relevant, without adjusting for inflation, the precepts in this book literally helped me to see what changes I needed to make if I wanted to become a HNW individual.I studied, read, and re-read this book so many times there was a point in time me I would actually see the day deference in money choices laying out before me in advance of making investment/expenditure choices.

Just an FYI - I didn't buy any practice test, just reviewed the 300 or so questions that I had to do to complete the course and reread the chapters that were my weak areas.

Hmm.. perhaps, this 9c(iii) is okay, I re-read this and note the highlighted part:Seller shall furnish a copy of a prior owner’s policy of title insurance or other evidence of titleI wonder if "other evidence of title" could just mean a clean title search report from a reputable title search company?

Accountability is important for everyone and I'm sure you don't want them taking advantage of the next tenant.Edit: after re-reading your post and their response, it sounds like your lease is coming to an end and they are giving you proper notice for non-renewal.

Well, and my agent whose been amazing at searching through the rubble to find deals that make sense.Best advice is 3 fold: 1) BP Podcast is a must 2) Read or reread Rich Dad Poor Dad 3) Find an agent who works mostly with investorsI still have so much more to learn but my passion makes it kinda easy (routinely reading about REI 2 hours a day).Cheers!
