But I'm in the camp of @Jay Hinrichs. 

It’s all based on the premises of getting rich over night... lunacy

The kayaks, boat motors and camping stuff on the lawn is unattractive.

I honestly hope they do this because I own my Airbnb properties and over half of my competition would be gone overnight

@Del Kelley Real estate takes time. anything in life worth doing doesn't happen over night.

@Cody Adams, over the past 7 years, I've had close to 25% of the students who take my Real Estate Investing course at the University of Toronto, tell me that they did the boot camp or extended (expensive!)

I haven't done this since our first rental house prekids.So who else has condo/investment property camped or done something similar to save time and money?  

What if one day the home owners association decided to not allow short term renting or possibly the state of HI passes laws banning short term renting (it's very controversial over here) and over night I go from a great cash flow rental to a rental thats in the red and possibly underwater if the bubble did pop.

I am actually looking for a piece of land very similar to that in wi that has a few acres to put a small building on to be an off grid type cabin to camp in.Advertise it as rustic cabin camping area.Or a shell of a tiny home for the new owner to personalize.
