IB is an interesting choice and could be a long term gold mine as Beach cities with affordable property is a rare commodity.  

It becane a mind-numbing gold rush, a national epidemic.The challenge is to have spent enough time in the market to "see" and understand these wisdoms and act accordingly with courage and vison to do what nobody else or very few are doing or talking about now.

I've noticed that almost all the properties look the same with deep reds and golds when light and bright interiors is what's popular now.

Chapter 3 is pure gold and should put any pessimism to rest

I fear there are going to be many a broken hearts and lighter wallets following that advice.I could write a glowing book on this stuff but its not reality for beginners at all in my mind. your statement above is solid gold. !!!

The only places I will be able to afford are way out in the suburbs, unless I strike gold. 

The only thing I personally disagree with are the $300 sheets (again, this is NOT to take away from his posts, his post is 100% gold to someone starting out).
