@Bob E.Do not mean to offend any of your wonderful phoenix residents, but when I compare class C between different cities, such as Denver or Austin etc, Class C in phoenix looks more rundown, for lack of better words to describe it.....a few I am watching now on loopnet around indian school road...Or is it simply my naivety?
