Because of my goal, the Canadian real estate market doesn't seem particularly great for this, especially with the overwhelming average and median prices of homes, so I believe it would be in my best interest to invest in the US market which has much better prices and can give you a better bang for your buck.

In Milwaukee that is a $60 "fine", but we get along with the inspection department very well, we have the same goal: confirm and make sure everything is done propperly.Where is your agent in all this?

No one is leaving over 20 bucks or so and if you never do they assume you won't and it is a shock if you have to.  

And though every kitchen dealer swears that they have the best service around, how can one really determine how to get the most bang for the buck?

You can probably get a couple hundred bucks for the cabinets!

Im willing to pay couple hundred bucks thats paying off my mortgage for a great tenant.

Throw them a couple hundred bucks then beat them up on price during the job.

You could buy a wyze camera from Amazon for $26 bucks, stick it to the exterior wall assuming you have electricity and wifi, and then you get a 13 second clip anytime there's motion at the doorway.

I came to this country with less than 25 bucks 3 and half years ago and I am not banking yet.
