Resumes tend to be embellished, but if I see significant skin in the game and other connections to people or organizations that I know (LinkedIn helps a great deal) I can gain some confidence in their abilities.

I think it is also a matter of driving traffic to your blog from Facebook, Linkedin, etc.

There's also various LinkedIn groups on the subject where you can find others to connect with.

Online most likely- Facebook, forums , google, Yelp , LinkedIn, Instagram ... etcThen you need to make sure that your message resonates with them in order for them to click and take next steps ... call to action or (CTA)Then obviously price point and all that.I would guess there are many online places you can pay to advertise that has your target market already Not sure if you are looking for a 1 off short term rental or doing this as a business.

I've found them on Twitter, tracked down people on LinkedIn in and discovered the email social(at)zillow.com (which is supposed to offer customer support for social media complainers) all to no avail. 48 hours later, I can't access the reports and don't see a light at the end of the tunnel for being able to.
