Hi all, I wanted to see if anyone here has experience in condo conversions in the city of Beverly Hills.

I'm not sure about your partner here if he has the backing or experience as an engineer but my experience with engineers is they don't have practical real world experience like you have by doing projects all over the nation. 

These platforms are run by techies with no investing experience.  

So, it's still NOT a good idea to try to invest by zip codes - which are too big in our opinion/experience.

What is the easiest way to connect with those who have actually invested in this fund and find out their experience?

I’m a serial entrepreneur with experience in the tech and food distribution industries, now diving into real estate investment to build cash flow and long-term equity.

In my experience, success in D-class areas almost always requires being local, extremely hands-on, and self-managing.

Hard Money Lenders - from what I've seen, reflect the lack of experience more in the leverage than the rate.

I'm sure no one here would want to be in this thread talking about their bad experience with a builder.
