The wholesaling doesn't make sense to me if you're going to be an agent.No on out-of-state investing unless you actually fly out to that city multiple times, get to know the area in detail and establish a trusted team - this takes several months at minimum.

The company doesn't really have a "credit score" or "eviction history" so I'm thinking about asking for 1.5x or 2x monthly rent as a deposit (we normally do 1x month rent) just like I would for a tenant without established credit history.Thanks!

Have the LLC established when you decide to offer on a property as the offer, insurance, title, and loan will need to be in the LLC's name.
