Would you happen to know anything about Lennar and the San Tan Valley / Queen Creek? 

I don't mean it needs to be a circus in there but you don't need to be all grey, tan and white.

TLDR: try a tan or even light blue, anything but white walls.

If you can find a way to extend the season, you can be more profitable, near destinations like Captain Ron for example or near year round convention space like tan tara / margarita ville.Ran into a property manager that said to be on the right side of the lake, Osage Beach, Linn Creek, or Camdenton, so you can extend your season.

@Karen Tan since you placed the property in service in 2018 it is likely TOO late to do a cost segregation study on this property. 

The rental demand is high and the supply is less saturated than areas like Surprise and San Tan Valley where there is a high number of rentals on the market.
