My instinct was to tell her what I thought and say no, but I decided that the $30K profit I stood to make on the sale of that property was more valuable than my personal feelings about the prospective customer.I wouldn't be as forgiving with someone that I had regular dealings with, though.I always try to have a PC, Kindle, or something else to enable me to be productive during unscheduled downtime, which makes it more bearable when my day doesn't follow the plan I'd set for it.

FYI- I'm your guy, I'm wholesaling properties in PC. 

Right now is not a great time to market properties as home buyers are more concerned with who is going to cook the mashed potatoes and crescent rolls for Thanksgiving and if they're going to buy a PS4 for Tommy for Christmas (or Channukah or Kwanzaa or Festivus ... trying to stay PC here now people).

What you want is sometimes called a desktop appraisal, but they tend to ignore your specific upgrades also.

I've know whole local cultures of people who think like this, though PC-ness prevents me from naming names.

Stick in a desk and my portable computer was a svelte 41 lbs (pre IBM PC).If I was a Realtor today, in an office with lots of listings, I'd pick a high traffic location to do a similar thing.
