Talk to them and ask them not to lean it on the fence as you are worried about it damaging the fence. 

A deposit is refundable if conditions are met (no damage). 

For the purpose of this exercise, I would like to start by separating syndications into two categories: (1) smaller capital raises that will only attract the friends and family sized checks because they require too much brain damage for those with the larger check writing capabilities;  and (2) syndications with capital raises large enough to fit within the investment parameters of true private equity/family office check writing capabilities. 

What malicious damage could they do to the building and other tenants?

She is really hard on the house, but we have always been able to help her figure out a way to pay for what she damages. 

I have bought meals for people who needed it, my husband helped restore homes after Hurricane Harvey, we look out for our neighbors, and so on, but we don't often give cash outside of the checks we write to our church.

In my 40 years as a contractor , we have fixed roof damage .

Was previous water damage (looked ugly).Tenant was adamant.Gave tenant number to mold inspector.
