There are global investors in our real estate market and I doubt they appreciate the cowboy antics of popular thinking originating from gurus.Finally, I don't butt heads as a linebacker anymore, because I don't need to, I own a championship team of the game and I direct it from my desk chair, not an armchair, LOL :)

@Dennis Cosgrave thanks for your input, I will be discussing with my wife about managing it.She’s a really clean and quite tenant and treats the place like her own.My question to that would be if we offer to bring her up to market value immediately and install a chair lift for her (especially if it keeps her in there for another 10+ years) and possibly any other future partially handicap tenants to use, would that be a good or bad idea?

go in the door.. my secretary is there representing us.cop sees keys wallet and note on kitchen table.. turns around to Dory and says go sit in your car.looks through house then in back yard.. tenant is sitting in chair slumped over..
