The mortgage itself is a different type of liability than what is present with land lording and the ownership of the property for investment purposes.

If you plan on doing this.1) Charge an additional 2 days rent.2) Charge a service fee.3) Make sure you amend the lease.4) Call their previous land lord to find out if they are skipping out on any rent.
