The original oath also said that nobody should ever have to pay to learn to become a doctor and that those who became doctors should share their wealth with their teachers (both of which ideas would be completely anti-Capitalist and against everything this country stands for), so I think we can both agree that the original oath is a bit antiquated.

I'm most worried about the fact that without proof of some of my antiques and artwork, I won't get anywhere near what my contents are worth.

I found a few unique vintage/antique collectibles, shared some cool things with family, and brought the rest to an auction house locally. 

The thrice resurfaced 1960's solid cast iron tub was peeling AGAIN & the old small black & red tile & shower/tub fixtures etc were an antique corroded leaking mess. 

I get nearly all the capex out of the way and I have modernized the units rather than slapping new items in with antiquated items.I look forward to more discussions like this.
