The difference can be significant- it certainly has been in San Francisco.2- as for gentrification itself, the irony is not lost on me that a well educated African American woman should not improve a neighborhood:) you can think of yourself as a positive example for an impoverished community.

Hi all and thanks for responding@Chris TanYour suggestions about finding someone in Israel are great, and that is on of my missionsActually I just came back from a friend of mine - American, and he gave me some phone numbers and other contact information of people here that invest in the US, and people in the US that invest in real estate, so it is a good startUntil now I was actually gave up on this idea, and start looking for investment here in my country, although it is expensive (and yes..our low priced areas more expensive than bigger houses in the US) for two reasons:1.

See Jay Z and Beyonce are just like regular Americans....except their mortgage is about $250,000 a month...They are reportedly billionaires but..I guess they wanted to lock in that low 4% interest.It would be pretty fascinating to see the financial records and income streams of some of these ultra wealthy folks.I wonder what type of real estate they might own besides personal residences if any.

We get very good returns in Minneapolis but a condo is not the first thing I would point to I guess what I'm saying is raise the bar of expectation or someone will sell you something and run-LOLYou are thinking like an American.
