These lenders often have more experience and flexibility with properties that include ADUs and JADUs.Community Banks and Credit Unions: Local community banks and credit unions may be more willing to work with you, especially if they have a better understanding of the local real estate market and the value ADUs and JADUs bring to a property.Mortgage Brokers: A mortgage broker may have access to a wider range of lending options and could help you find a lender willing to consider your property.

because the only jobs that were hired in last six months were auto unions back to work, government workers and healthcare workers.

@Spencer Elliott- 1) any chance you can leverage  any other properties  2) keep trying the local / smaller  banks and  credit unions for the builder to get  approved  3)  have you  tried  " builders  capital " ?

Florida is more landlord friendly than most other states in the union.

We used a local credit union a few years ago to refi many of ours using conforming loans.

They vary greatly, up to each individual bank or credit union.

To find a relationship lender, call or visit the small local community banks and credit unions near the property. 

Similar to what @Lyndsay Zwirlein recommended, call your local credit unions.

I was able to get a job on a gov ship through my union in Baltimore that allows me to be home and have weekends off which allowed me to have time to move closer to my goals.
