I guess it depends on how much money you have.

Air coverage can require your primary insurance to pay out first.

I hope they can make the app more like Vrbo's.

And an interesting take on markets when they discuss them.

My personal opinion is that any time is the right time to invest if you can find opportunities that meet your Return on Investment goals.

Not worth it on a 100k house, probably worth it on a 300k+ house in the long run. 

Not all investors have the experience or team to do the deal on their own, they need/want guidance to build their confidence so moving forward one day they can do it on their own.
