Typically these will be in good school districts (think Richwoods or Dunlap school districts) or close to jobs and shopping, etc.

I keep my RE brokers license in case I need to make commissions some day.. and my NMLS license is one Ice but I keep up with CE incase I want to start a HML shop again.. etc etc.

If someone always is making returns, "maybe, you would be better off shopping elsewhere?"

@Aaron McGinnisI just pulled apart a tenant to patch of a door knob hole in drywall comprised of a plastic shopping bag held in-place with patterned duct tape and covered with plaster-of-Paris.  

good question @Barshay Graves  ... i was a plumber many years ago and replaced a lot of galv. back then copper was the best option... these days pex pipe for water pipe is so easy to install plumbers are installing for less and makes a huge job of repipe not as much of a challenge. get your prices for waste and water replacement (pvc or abs pipe for waste)  (pex for water)  and shop around a bit. 

Take her shopping with you when you're choosing materials.  

I dont really know for sure where to post this,,,if it needs moved thats fine.I became aware for the first time about a year ago after googling Federal pacific breakers,,,as I was shopping for some double thin ones to stretch box space.
