They can be delivered two at a time on a tilt bed truck trailer. 

my property is 4 beds 2 bath all block construction as opposed to wood frame which is a big deal down here in florida.  

Its almost 3600 sf. 4 bed 3 bath build in 1911.

I know they have lots of properties to fill and ours is a small 1 bed that is harder to fill. but I don't see him putting in as much effort.
