Obviously, this is not always true and many successful people have found deals that are on the MLS.

Others say get the deals because you have nothing until you have a contract.I actually have a few (true) buyers that have told me their criteria...maybe 5-7 not many.

Which is why I believe it offers such a huge return as well - not many people want to deal with it.But its one of the few remaining ways that us little guys can build some true generational wealth.Think about it.

Golf participation is down quite a bit from the peak years and some of the courses around me (Illinois) are not doing as well as they were.I think there's a better and higher use for most golf courses by converting them to development to be honest.......But your example suggests thats not always true.

If that is true, I'd strongly suggest you find yourself a buyer's agent.

There are exceptions based on what state laws say, but the above is true in general.
