Each person tends to develop his/her own style.

I am currently just now starting to grow my company and business to such a level where I can teach others and market/advertise/brand my company and generate my own leads as well.

We teach real estate investors how to maximize profits by adding finance.

Over the years I've found dual closing rules to be like bell bottoms (in or out of style).

I have to hand it to you.. your Smart ambitious and made it happen.you would succeed in any sales venture.. you could become a top agent and make Lots of money with a team of agents.. but you chose to do what you do.because of the naiveté of so many doing wholesaling and the bottom barrel feeders that teach it.. there is a lot of harm that happens and I suspect over the years the states are going to crack down on those who sell real estate without a licesne and.. equitable interest is just a bunch of BS  its a scheme your marketing for sellers your marketing for buyers your putting the two together for compensation.you try to arugue that its not you lose.. its just up to the states to decide if they want to enforce the laws.

I don't know who is teaching that but its BS... equitable interest is when your on title or have Significant money in a deal.Like one I did were I paid 50k in back taxs and the seller would not follow through..

He's already teaching me lots of stuff to begin with and he just offered me to do this with him now.

Now my plumber and electrician get keep things moving along while I'm teaching during the day.Here is a picture of the stairs in progress.
