All the way around this is a better policy and Foremost has no limit on the numbers of policies you can have and will also do the policy in an entities name.I had a client that had a policy in another state recently, a tree fell  on the vacant home  blocked the view from the street.

I again got a plumber out and he unclogged it and found roots in the main pipe from the tree that was cut in the front yard.

@James AckersonI would check out TREES (https://www.tntrees.com/) and TRECS (http://www.trecsrealestateschool.com/).I used TRECS for my license some years ago but I know a lot of individuals who used TREES.
