the wholesaler purchases it from the manufacturer. the retailer buys it from the wholesaler at wholesale prices, then turns around and sells it for a big mark up.each level has it's business-specific system in place and specializes in its own respective area.buying a property "wholesale" is similiar, thus the name.there are so many posts on this, check some of them out too.

TXI'm happy with the realtor I am working with so I really don't want to chase him off but being this is the first rental property I'm looking for (as you may gather from other threads "rule of 100"), guess I may be trying a little too hard.The point is, in a level market (generally speaking) how do you or how much can you justify shaving off an asking price from out of state without p--- off the realtor and having the seller laugh at you?

It does require a strong ambition level and work ethic, but it can pay very well.Actually one of my partners in my wholesaling company is married to a very conservative man who is not personally interested in real estate at all.
