Does anyone have any experience with a HELOC using PenFed, Signature FCU or Elements Financial?

I am new to the bigger pockets - just wanted to tell you - I love your signature - how perfect is that?!

I guess what I am not 100% clear on is that I still need the owner's signature on the listing contract if I want to list his/her property on the MLS since his/her name is on the public records.

I would have them walk through the rooms they will be staying in and create a checklist and have them sign it so after when they leave if they are like noooo the doorknob was broken when I moved in I'm not paying for it, you can simply bring out the checklist and point to their signature next to doorknob. 

This has to be returned with original signature to the housing authority in order for you to be set up in the system to receive payments.  

We were told to get community support (via signatures) then turn those in with the re-zoning application.

Judging by the synergy signature can I ask if you are a mortgage broker in addition of an investor?

A lender I’m working with to refinance my home just needs a CMA from a licensed realtor (on letterhead and with a signature) rather than a full appraisal. 

Years later when the suit was filed, there was a lot of increased equity (about $200,000) The seller was a minority who said I "cheated" him and that I forged the signature on the Quit Claim deed.

It takes 2 to make a contract your contract wasn't valid with out both parties signature's
