I have gotten so many emails from gurus and scam artist that I was beginning to feel overwhelmed and like I should just quit. 

Do not use fiberglass as the claimed R values are pretty much a scam - especially in an older building.Add those cheap foam sheet soffit-blocks to preserve the natural air flow through the rafter spaces and then blow in 8-10" of cellulose evenly over the attic floor.Or; that's what I would do.

There has been so much of this type of scam in the past (I am not calling out this particular company but.....).

Big Forestry outfit they then sent one of their guys to Mexico city to meet with a top flight lawyer there and it turned out 10k later to be a total scam..

Well, you know that pesky little "Scam Likely" you see pop up on your phone from time to time...?

I have heard this is "public information" and there are a lot of companies that use loan information to try and market scams and various services to new home buyers.

I don't want this to become the tenant scam.

Home warranty companies are a scam and they're exponentially worse on rental properties.

However, when you type in their names in Google, it is not a good sign when the word "scam" is included in the search.

More than likely it's scam. 100% financing is possible but unlikely.
