1) Spend less time on the computer.2) Have less business3) Not tried a few "new" ways for real estate investing4) Never started a Blog5) Never learned about marketing my company through the internet (okay this might of happened, but not produced these results)I might be able to go on and on, but you all get the jest!

That's going to produce no cash flow at all.

I'm not saying the results produced by either Mallard Creek Polymers or SynTheque are invalid.

Your advice should have been to have this person (man or woman) get fixed so they can no longer produce offspring!

I'm a strong believer of producing results before anyone gets paid anything.

If I was a homeowner I would be insulted if someone only offered $100 to lock up my property with some BS contract saying they can assign the home and then walk away if they dont produce a buyer.

But then people will realize that Gold just stores wealth and doesn't create wealth and they will go looking for assets that produce returns like real estate and gold will loose 30% in the matter of weeks (Gold takes the stairs up and the elevator down).

Can you realistically expect to produce any kind of income in 30 days?

I will add 10 REO rentals to my portfolio that each produces greater than 20% cash on cash return.
