The property is a 3/2, in a great family friendly area and very close to a commuter college.

I've heard that from a couple of people in the industry and I've seen it online. 

I've heard the host needs to spend time on the site searching for people to host.

Most of these buyers are newly out of college so they might have friends that will be roommates.
