My lease ends on May 31st and on my lease the Notice To Vacate date says April 30th 2020, but in the back of the lease paperwork it says I must give a two month calendar notice to move out and since I put my notice in on April 15th (before the date thats on my rental agreement) that I now must pay for the month of June as well.

For permits either you can apply yourself (assuming you are not in Atlanta based on your profile) or its best to hire an expeditor who will do the necessary paper work.

Each time you do a deal you will need to fill out the paperwork and then send it in to your administrator.
