Hello all,Just wondering if anyone has had any good experiences with paying for online video education.

Are there any good online options?

One is an joint venture on an investment property; the other is online business venture.My journey into real estate has been unorthodox - instead of focusing on acquiring properties, given my distance and lack of funds, I've focused on connecting with the right people and seeing what type of opportunities would come of it.

@Russell Brazil What are your thoughts on the casino being built do you think the area is already bought out or do you think there might be an opportunity with all those employees to find rental units when it comes online?

Oh two great stores I learned about in the Baltimore area:  2nd change and loading dock. 

I personally do not like regular office as it is very easy for a tenant to leave a space in one night versus a built out retail space that can make it difficult to relocate and expensive.90% plus of retail closings last year were furniture and clothing related stores.

Girlfriend offered to help store some of the stuff but she said she has limited space as she still lives with her parents and besides I feel I at least need something in writing before I just let his girlfriend ATM come and carry stuff away. 

Big big banks and "online" lenders being a couple.  

Rather than searching out a tenant, instead do an all out, exhaustive search for a property manager (look into credentials, experience, terms, etc and on this site and online about how to get the best the best one possible).

Based on his advise, I then purchased my online License course this evening.
