Blue collar neighborhood

I want to start looking a little further south closer to Easton (east of Allentown) as they are adding tons of new warehouses in Tatamy which to me reads as good blue collar jobs.

Just my (blue state) two cents.

We are planning on painting the walls a very light grey with a hint of blue. 

A true short-term rental in my eyes is a place that is centrally located in a city (and high-end) or a beachfront property on a lake/ocean. 

This class caters to a mix of white and blue-collar workers and the property may show a bit of deferred maintenance, but overall, it has a nice mix of cash flow and potential appreciation.

Places like Blue River outside of Breck, Fraser outside of Winter Park, and Silverthorne/Dillon offer access to resorts with a little more reasonable prices.
