Provide 60 days notice and give the resident a choice (1) remain in their (unrenovated) unit and sign a lease at market rent (2) move into a renovated unit and sign a lease at market rent or (3) provide 30 day notice and transition out. 

I am new to BP and investing in general but believe we have a great opportunity to pursue that I am looking for advice on.We have an elderly neighbor that has been moved into an assisted living home due to health decreasing.

Also - any change in rental rates would need a 30 day notice, I like giving them 60 days as a courtesy. 

My wife and I are coming up to the end of a two year lease on a property in Northern Virginia -- as we've been here, we've noticed that our kids have had persistent respiratory issues -- particularly our 10 month old son, who we took to the emergency room at 4 months old, with respiratory issues (we didn't think to check for mold at the time).As we've been in the house, the owner (who regularly cut out the property management company he had been working with), has mentioned that when he lived in the house, he had noticed 'pin hole leaks' in some of the pipes.. and when we pointed out a 1 inch diameter 'soft-spot' in the kitchen ceiling, he chalked it up to that. 

The 1yr redemption has expired and I had the foreclosure notice ran in the local paper for 4 weeks as per Official Code Of Georgia, then received the Affidavit from the Publisher.

First, after doing some research I am noticing a that the idea of building under $85 a sqft is very possible.

You can end the lease buy giving a 30 day notice.

Was thinking of renting or selling, but then came across the idea of lease option.What I am noticing in my community is some houses move quickly, while others are stale. 

I talked to my mortgage lender, and she said that I could work with the title company to transfer the loan to an LLC, but that if the bank noticed this change then they could take back the loan.

Does that mean the Tenant can move out whenever they want to as long as they give the ____ days notice or does it mean they have to give this notice that many days before their lease is up?
