Your best bet IMO is to communicate your concerns rather than looking for a contractual default out of the lease.

The tenant was served so she is aware she is getting evicted.She is not communicating, not paying partial rent and basically living rent free.

Communication has deteriorated.One of the subs got COVID and everyone abandoned the project for 2 weeks and got busy elsewhere and it was hell getting them back. 10 week project is on 12 weeks and only half done.Other GC's have other health issues or can't keep up with work.

This will require you to learn all the ins-and-outs of parks, to include filling up spaces, renovating homes, selling homes (along with licensing requirements), creating and carrying paper in accordance with current regulations, crafting the correct leases and notices, establishing the right park rules, proper tenant communication, metering of utilities, and the list goes on...
